Our Company

The company was formed in 2001 by Frank C. 'Pat' Daniels, Jr. following nine years as the primary land broker with Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, eight years as Manager of the Land Division for Varnum-Armstrong-Deeter, and ten years as Director of Construction and Director of Real Estate with Yellow Freight System. Daniels recognized the value of assembling a team of highly skilled professionals who would concentrate on all types of land brokerage throughout the metropolitan area and beyond.

Through the use of sophisticated software applications and strong market knowledge, THE LAND SOURCE is able to successfully respond to virtually any client land need, from pad sites to parks, from farms to urban renewal. Our database of over 6,000 contacts and access to over 50,000 potential contacts empowers our motto - "Have Land? We'll Sell It. -- Need Land? We'll Find It."
