Leslie Armstrong

Leslie Armstrong joined THE LAND SOURCE in 2001 after six years with American Century Investments and two years managing her own business, including a sales team of eight.

Armstrong began her career in commercial real estate in administration.  She produced marketing materials and other corporate literature to assist all sales associates in the marketing of their listings.  She designed and maintained an extensive land database for the company to aid in property searches for clients, which is invaluable and unique in the industry. 

Armstrong's natural ability in sales led her to become actively involved with the sales and marketing of properties by contacting property owners and potential purchasers.  She is now fully concentrating in sales in the Northland, including Clay and Platte Counties and beyond, although she is very familiar with the entire Kansas City metro area.  She is experienced with all types of land - retail, industrial, office, multi-family, single family, and recreation.

Armstrong is a licensed Realtor in Kansas and Missouri.  She is an active member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR), Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC), Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce, Clay County Economic Development Council and Platte County Economic Development Council.
