As an added service to our clients, our first all-land auction was held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Union Station. 

We had good attendance, especially considering that this was our first auction.  The auctioneers themselves were highly professional and effective. 

Five properties sold - properties that for the most part had been on the market for a long time with little activity.

Based on continued client interest, we fully intend to hold another Land Auction in the future.  If you were at the auction and have any comments or suggestions as to how we could make this a more successful event, we would very much appreciate hearing from you!

For those of you who attended, and particularly those of you who either entered properties in the auction or successfully purchased properties, our sincere and deeply grateful thanks!
