Frank C. 'Pat' Daniels, Jr.

Pat Daniels is a graduate of Northwestern University. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1978 following three years in the United States Navy and ten years as Director of Construction and Director of Real Estate with Yellow Freight System. He formed THE LAND SOURCE, a commercial land brokerage company, in 2001 after a nine year career as Vice President with Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services where he was the primary land broker, and eight years as Manager of the Land Division with Varnum-Armstrong-Deeter.

Daniels specializes in the purchase and sale of development land tracts and sites, including single family residential, multi-family, industrial, office, retail and investment properties. He works extensively with individual property owners, businesses, developers, contractors, banks, churches, investors and financial consultants, as well as with city, county, state and federal agencies.

Daniels is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas, and actively participates in many professional and civic organizations. He is an active member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) and the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC). He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Kansas City District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), one of the world's most respected organizations in the field of development land use and urban planning and the Board of Directors of County Economic Research Institute (CERI) of Johnson County.  He has served as President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Johnson County Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Lenexa Economic Development Council, Board member of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, Board member of the Kansas City Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), and on the City Council of the City of Prairie Village, KS.

Daniels received the Johnson County Commercial Salesperson of the Year award in 1996 and is a consistent multi-million dollar sales professional.
