Douglas Kemp, AFM

Doug Kemp is a graduate of Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics.  He began work with Farm Management Associates, Inc. in 1987 and purchased the firm in August, 2004.  As President of Farm Management Associates, he manages a variety of large and small crop and livestock farming operations in North Central, Central and West Central, Missouri and East Central, Kansas.  He is also responsible for the day to day management of the 10,000 acre farm land owned by the City of Kansas City, Missouri surrounding the Kansas City International Airport.

Kemp is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and holds the distinguished Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation.  He is also a member of the Missouri Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, as well as the Missouri Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.  Kemp is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and a member of Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR).
